Oregon |
Eagle Crest is a full-service destination resort located just outside the city of Redmond on 1700 acres in the high desert of Central Oregon. Nestled against the majestic Cascade Mountains near Bend, Oregon and features 3 18 hole golf courses.
The original Resort Course features all of the elements that have made Eagle Crest® and Central Oregon a golf Mecca. We are blessed with almost 300 days of sunshine per year and nearly year-round golf. The Resort Course is perched on the rim of the Deschutes River canyon under the snowcapped peaks of Oregon’s Cascade mountain range, making full use of all the high desert has to offer.
This Bunny Mason designed course plays shorter than the Ridge course. The signature hole here is #2, which is a dogleg right Par 5 where you tee off 80 feet above the canyon floor.
Eagle Crest boasts over 300 days of sunshine each year with an annual rainfall of less than nine inches. |
Designed by in-house course architect John Thronson, the Ridge Course offers a golf experience that is as challenging as it is beautiful, yet always playable for golfers of all abilities. It has been said of John’s courses that no matter what kind of golfer you are, you always play well enough to enjoy yourself, but leave wanting to play it again because you know you can do even better. |
Our Challenge course is 3,684 yards long, this course is much more than just a short 18. It has been designed to be a very playable round for the beginning golfer, but still a challenge for the seasoned player who is working on the short game.
This is a great deal to play what the April 2006 issue of Links magazine called, “the best short course” in the Pacific Northwest. With four different tee boxes to choose from, this par 63 course offers a great experience for those just |
starting out to the most seasoned player. The strategic and interesting architecture make this a fun course for everyone. The Challenge is perfect for today’s busy lifestyle, offering a three-hour average round time. |
